To join our friendly German Shepherd dog club, simply complete the form below and either bring the payment with you on your first visit or pay by BACS using the info at the end of the form.

We induct new members at 11:00 on Sunday mornings. Please arrive around 10:30 to allow plenty of time. All the info you will need to help prepare for your first day can be found ...here.

By completing this form you are applying for membership of the Yorkshire German Shepherd Dog Training Club. Should you be accepted, you undertake to abide by the Rules and Regulations now or hereafter in force and to uphold the Constitution, Aims and Objectives of the club, these can be found ...here. You understand that should this application not be accepted any fees will be refunded.
